All trading is to our conditions ( copies available by request ) and or as Agents and or in accordance with air line Airwaybill terms and conditions and or in accordance with Liner Bill of lading terms and conditions, and or in accordance with Rail freight terms and conditions. All of these conditions may apply either jointly or severally. All delivery times given are purely an indication and may be subject to alteration . Only those rates quoted as guaranteed delivery and charged accordingly will be guaranteed subject to our conditions. All goods must be suitably packaged to withstand transit by road, sea, rail or air transport and be clearly marked and addressed. All hazardous cargoes must be declared at time of quotation. Insurance to Carriers and or trading conditions will NOT provide all risk cover and should NOT be assumed to be all risk cover. If all risk cover expected we MUST be notified in writing and a separate policy taken out. Smart Logistics Limited is not responsible for possible delays or losses caused by Carrier performance or scheduling. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of documentation, customs clearance charges, duties, dues , taxes and insurance. Where applicable United Kingdom value added tax ( v a t ) will be charged. Unless otherwise stated a quotation is valid for 30 days . Weight / measure information. ROAD : One loading metre of trailer floor space = 1,750kgs and three cubic metres = 1,000kgs. AIR : Weight / measure is calculated by dividing the cubic capacity of the cargo in centimetres by 6,000. Compare the answer to the actual consignment weight and whichever is the greater is the chargeable weight. SEA : Calculate the cubic capacity in metres . One cubic metre = 1,000kgs. Compare actual consignment weight with cubic capacity and whichever is greater is deemed to be the chargeable weight. The construction, validity and performance of the contract shall be governed by and be interpreted in accordance with English law. The parties hereto agree to submit themselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
